Take a step back in time and witness some Hoosier history at the boyhood home of Indiana’s most famous poet, James Whitcomb Riley. Take a guided tour of the home and feel the inspiration that led Riley to write his most famous poems, Little Orphant Annie and The Raggedy Man. After the tour, enjoy a country pancake breakfast for lunch, while revving your own imaginations for an introductory poetry class taught by Hoosier author, Chadwick Gillenwater—better known as Professor Watermelon.
